KODAK EXEC PREDICTS RECORD PROFITS IN '90S.(BUSINESS)

Eastman Kodak Co. Chairman Kay R. Whitmore admitted Wednesday that the photo giant has been too slow to change but projected record earnings and improved cash flow in the next two years.

Speaking at the company's annual meeting, Whitmore said he has a "personal mission" to improve shareholder value at Kodak, which has struggled over the past decade with lackluster earnings and rising debt.

"In the past, we have delivered relatively little," he said. "We are a world-class company, and we expect to return ourselves to be a world-class investment."
