Midway's fall lineup of video games will have you working with --not against -- other players in a "Mortal Kombat" title, turning intoa demon in "The Suffering," avoiding antagonizing the police in "L.A.Rush," and eating pedestrians in "Rampage: Total Destruction."
Chicago-based Midway's holiday gift-giving lineup is led by"Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks," which takes two of the charactersfrom the best-selling series of fighting games, Kung Lao and LiuKang, and puts them in an adventure game instead.
In addition to the pair's usual special moves -- including theseries' signature gruesome, fight-ending abilities -- you also getcombo attacks and bonuses.
